So I don't have much time to do an AG batch this month and instead I have procured a Brewferm wheat beer kit. The reviews look good but I can't resist trying to pimp it. I'm thinking I will switch the packet yeast for Safbrew WB-06 and I'd like to add dried elderflower to the secondary. Does this sound like a good idea? If so any ideas on how much elderflower to use?
