I found myself with a few spare hours today, so i entertained myself with this brew.

4000g Pale malt
250g Crystal malt
50g Chocolate malt
200g Flaked maize
500g Sugar 30 mins
50g Aurora 60 mins
10g Fuggles (All i had left  ) 15 mins

Except for one of the boiler elements giving up the brew went well. 5 Gallons of 1055 wort is still cooling at the moment, i'm hoping to pitch S-04 in the next hour. I took a couple of pictures, sorry no shinys, one day.

Considering I'd lost an element i think this brew produced the most trub. I did leave the boiler to stand for a good 30 mins before i ran it off. I think a few prevoius brews may have had alot of trub in the FV.

Poor picture of the Trub, my camera kept steaming up.

This was the first AG i've done for a while due to time constraints. I have been keeping busy with a few kits, Wurzels, Tea & Raisins etc so stocks are still high.

Happy Brewing Andbrew.
