Hi all.

I am going to try a few batches of single hop all grain brews the idea being to try and emphasis the hop flavors without dry hopping.

This is kind of a template I am thinking of using firstly with Enigma hops

The idea being to try and keep the bitterness between around 56 IBU's for each of the different hop types. Then I would replicate the recipe for green bullet then simcoe then galaxy.

any thoughts / concerns before I commit? recipe below

9% crystal 120L is quite a lot. It's a dark highly flavoured crystal, maybe what you want? If you want to really highlight the hops, I'd drop it to 5% or less.

fair enough I just have a pant load of dark crystal which I am trying to use up. I ordered 5kg instead of 0.5 ;-)

Good question. Anyone near TW16 want to swap any grains (or home brew) for some dark crystal give me a shout.
