Well it's not really failed.
I added 1/2L cherry juice to 4.5L Apple juice after the initial vigorous fermentation.
The cider is wonderfully dry, perfectly clear, but hasn't retained a spot of cherry flavour. Any ideas what I could do for the next time (Apple juice already lined up )
