First WOW...

Put on my first WOW Monday 1st April. Standard ingredients but added juice of 1/2 lemon by mistake. Orange juice was very cheap quality from corner shop and DJ has been sitting in 20 degrees C waterbath since.

Despite bubbler bubbling away at about 2 blurps per second for the past 2 days, my WOW hasn't tried to escape and the head of froth is only about 1.5 cm deep, but it is very thick. Have I done something wrong? Or might it be the added citric acid?

It will be fine. The added citric will do it good. :thumb: I try and get my ph below 3.5 so at a guess you will be around 3.3 which is perfect. :thumb:
