I can now understand why a lot of you make your brews "hoppy".
Every brew I do I take a 500ml sample in a PET.
This to monitor progress and clarity.
I've just started drinking some of these samples, alas all I can taste is CO2, no wonder you want mega hops.
Maybe I'm in a mInority, but I like my beer to taste of malt with a hint of hop.
Sorry, just thought I'd mention this.

Hoppy. Malty. Hoppy and Malty. Fizzy. Flatish. Somewhere in between.

Don't care, so long as it's decent! :thumb:

Do think i prefer a more malty beer, rather than blowing you nostrils and back of your throat off with hops one. Although saying that, a hoppy ale with a low ABV is very refreshing and easy to drink. If anyone ever gets the chance to drink or has drunk a Ringwood Boondoggle, it's a blonde ale from the New Forest Hampshire. Would highly highly recommend. Also really enjoy Brewdogs IPA's.

Had a duvel triple hop the other night...my god, way over my limit of hoppiness!
