So my recipe calls for dry hops in the fermenter after 7 days. Would it be worth putting these in a hop sock so there's no gunk?

And same with frozen fruit chunks. Fancy adding some mango to my IPA and thinking of putting some in at the same time as the hops in a hop sock.
