Just weighed out the ingredients for a beer I am brewing tomorrow.

5kg Maris Otter
560g CaraRed
250g Torrified Wheat
50g Black Malt

Mash at 66C for 60mins

Apollo 25g 60mins
Citra 50g flameout
Cascade 50g flameout
Citra 50g dry hop 5 days
Cascade 50g dry hop 5 days

Mangrove Jack M44 West Coast yeast

First brew of the year and in the new house, looking forward to it.

Will be going in a corny if I can sort a CO2 bottle in time.
 
Bit below on the og, got 1054 but the grain isn't the freshest so happy with that. The carared and black malt got the colour spot on though.
 
Have you tried this yet Wilfy? I'm planning a red IPA and might steal the grain bill if it's turned out well.

Had a little sample after I force carbonated it on Saturday. Lovely colour but the hops need to mellow a bit. Will try again in a couple of weeks.
