Gas regulators or splitters

Is it best to use a splitter or multiple regulators.

I want 2-3 kegs. Iv seen some people just use a single regulator and a splitter instead of a multiple channels. Is this correct or should I be using a stage regulator instead?

Hi, In theory once a regulator is present on the gas bottle outlet, all outlets from the splitter will be regulated, the only factor could be the inside pipe diameter restricting flow, having said that you probably wont be drawing from all three sources at once so shouldn't be a problem.

if all your kegs are served at the same pressure (if all at the same temperature this is probably the

case) then just split the gas line with t ot Y fittings

you only need 2ndary or multiple regs when you have a need for different serving pressures,
