Its my own spreadsheet. I put it together a few years ago as an exercise in trying to understand how the whole process hangs together. The commercial brewing software is a lot more comprehensive but the lessons I learned while throwing this together were invaluable.

EB's buzzbee bitter as a present for a mates 21st and a tweaked version of Poltergeist Porter thats now my house beer.

That does sound like a good day. Hope it goes well.

I haven't managed a two brew day yet. Once I get my new HLT fitted and a pump I might aim to do a couple of 50s back to back (I will also need another 60l fermenter - add that to the brewing wish list).
