Going Picking Tomorrow

Have found lots of Elderflowers and am going picking tomorrow as the weather is supposed to be divine!

I am going to be going after work at about 5pm....

I haven't left it too late in the season have I?

Depends where you are, up here in the NE of Scotland they are just about perfect, I would think they are getting to be past their best further south.

No, but you are leaving it a little late in the day. You'll get a better scent and flavour if you pick them in the morning.
