Used it for the first time in yesterday's brew and it delivered exactly what it promised. Probably a little overpriced for what it is (£10 feels more like it), but no complaints. It's an elegant solution to reuse the connect temperature probe, but not much cheaper than a blichman.

It's made of copper inside, it took a minute or two for the temperature to swing downwards to the right temp, so I wonder if it might be a bit slow to respond to temperature fluctuations.

That aside I'm pleased with it, it's obviously not essential kit but it's tuned up a minor annoyance of brew day and it was very relaxing standing back and watching the chilling phase rumbling along by itself at a steady 20deg output.
