Grape concentrate substitute

Has anybody got a conversion to how many sultanas would make up 250ml grape concentrate?
I'm making some elderflower sparkling wine but thinking of using sultanas rather than grape concentrate. Thanks

It seems that you would just add the equal weight in sultanas,so 250g

I assumed it being concentrate it wouldn't equal the same, due to solid weight vs liquid (in my head anyway). But iv never tried it didn't know if anyone's ever tried

I have just done a bit more digging, and it seems that my first figure is wrong ,for 250ml of concentrate you would add 450g of raisins etc :)

I'd favour grape concentrate, if you can find it.
Sainsburys sell a 100% white grape juice,
( also Kosher, used sacramentally ) called Kedem. I've used it in last few elderflower wines I've made.
