Evening all
I have a Festival Summer Glory Golden Ale on the go at the moment. It has been on 12 days tonight and it still has a thick head on it. I am not sure if its the elderflowers or hops on the top or if its still fermenting. I didn't want to go poking around if I didn't need to. The last couple of kits that were dry hopped that I did cleared on the top once fermentation stopped. I was thinking of syphoning into a second bin ready for bottling tonight.
I guess I need to take a gravity reading.
Any thoughts.
The kit says 10 days. It has been at about 20 degrees.
