Now then,

I just wanted to say hi. I've been brewing for about a year now on and off and have a basic knowledge.

I've made so shop bought lager, and a few wines from recipe by trial and error.

I recently made some cider from fruit juice, bottled it too early and primed the bottles... Mistake. All 20 bottles exploded in my shed. Haha.

Thought it was time to improve my knowledge, so I'm here to pick brains.

Welcome. We have a wide variety of brains to suit the discerning customer, although most are pickled to some degree. What type is your preference?
