hey everyone

decided to leave my days of making plastic bag "wine" and cheap kvass behind me and actually learn how to brew something edible for once.

i've made a rather nice lager that (thanks to you all) only tastes a bit like rotten eggs and i'm eyeing up stout next.

cheers !

thank you.

it's only a slight smell rather than taste really, which i assume might go away the longer it stays bottled? if not, still better than carling.

i boiled with lager malt and cheated a bit by only doing one fermentation before bottling.
