Hi all,

Newbie Home brewer here. Got some basic kit for Christmas last Year and brewed a Woodforde's Wherry, which came out tasting nice, but no pressure from my Keg as I seemingly overtightened the cap and deformed the seal!

I'm giving the Wherry another go as we speak, in preparation for Christmas and hoping to learn from some of the experts here.
