Hello everyone, so after over 30 years away from homebrew decided I would try my hand at it again, bought the equipment and my first kit youngs american ipa started it on the 16/1/15 and got it in the keg today. Must admit the sample I tasted was amazing no homebrew taste at all not like I remember years ago think thats why I gave it up in the first place seems like kits have come a long way since then. So now Im of to start my second brew a wilcos sweet newkie brown think Im going to enjoy this brewing lark again.
