I have wanted to brew for years and have only just taken the plunge..

I've decided to go AG using biab.. So far equipment wise I've purchased-

30L Stock pot
25L Fermenting bucket
Biab bag
Digital thermometer
Auto syphon
Refractometer
Paddle

I also went to my LHBS and purchased-

3kg Maris Otter
100g Amarillo
100g Citra
US 05 ale yeast

I'm hoping to make a citrus ipa/pale this weekend.. fingers crossed!
