Hi all,

My name is Cliff. I have recently taken up winemaking as I have been given access to an orchard and it's produce :thumb:

Been viewing the forum for a while picking up tips and have already picked up loads of info.

Can't wait to try a WOW once I've finished with the orchard fruits!!

Conditioning:
Country apple wine
Table apple wine
Simple cider
RGJ wine
Beaverdale Vieux du Roi

Fermenting:
Connoisseur Valpolicella
Simple cider
Sweet apple wine
Quince wine
Butler vermouth
