Hello from the Western Isles

Hi, I am fairly new to HB, brew 5 and 6 are currently in the fermenters,Brewferm Christmas and Coopers Cerveza. I am grateful for the help I have received so far with advice on the Brewferm Christmas and the Finlandia Apple/Pear cider. I hope that as I become more experienced in HB I will be able to help others.
