The Beer Bear
Hello, my name is Tim and I'm 27.
I used to be an electrician and I'm moving on to electrical design engineering and most importantly I've got the brewing bug.
I'm mainly into beer, but I'm not averse to the odd batch of hedgerow wine.
I've got three all grain brews under my belt on my system(See http://www.thehomebrewforum.co.uk/showthread.php?p=603380#post603380 ).
I kind of dove in at the deep end and started designing my recipes with pen and paper, just to give me a deeper appreciation for the process.
So my first three brews are all of my own making.
Here's what I've done so far;
01/11/2015 - PP Kalifornien(PPK) - California Common (Consumed and enjoyed)
19/07/2016 - Stop Wittering On - Belgian Wit(Still in Primary)
23/07/2016 - Hasselhops Porter - Robust Porter(Still in Primary)
(There is some logic to the names, honestly.)
I look forward to participating and getting some feedback for my recipes and maybe even sharing some brews with you all.
