Hi I'm PJ from Bucks.
Just starting off brewing again so feel I'm a newb, I have forgotten mostly everything I once new which was not a lot anyway lol.
I used to make Saxon honey ale which if I remember correctly was easy and the result was quite nice :drink:
Anyway I'll prob be bombarding the form with all manner of daft questions over next few weeks so feel free to ignore me :lol:
