Regular.
I joined the forum because I'm getting back into brewing after a break for some time and have found it be a wealth of information.
I've started off with a bitter and an IPA using "Traditional Beer and Cider Making by Ian Ball" and am feeling more adventurous and as we've got a glut of Damsons at the moment I'm having a crack at a damson ale and a damson porter to keep me going while I wait for the damson wine to mature.
I'm also in the process of building a fruit press in preparation for cider making.
My longer term plan is to have a crack at whole grain brewing.
Cheers!
