Hi Everyone.
Can you help?
I was getting ready for my scrumpy crew coming over for the sampling of last Autumn's brew, only to find this gunk over at least half of it.
Is this still drinkable?
Is there anything I can do to save it?
Thanks for any advice, you could save our evening!

If it has been kept airtight it should be ok, but without an airlock or anything keeping bacteria out then it could be vinegar.

I would still try a bit.
 
The layer of CO2 should have protected it during fermentation, I would smell it then taste it.
