Hi all so my first brew day is approaching and I would like any advice you can give me.
I'm doing a coopers lager kit with ale yeast.
Are there any pitfall to lookout for and what can I expect. Any advice you can give would be brill as I know most of you are experts in brewing and I need good teachers :)
Thanks matty

every thing including your hands must be clean then sterilized and make sure you swill every thing with fresh clean water many times before you do any thing , if you have extra light dried malt use it instead of standard sugar , brew enhancer is brewing sugar and medium dried malt dont bother with it, as it will be too dark for lager but you may want brewing sugar to go with your extra light malt and most important relax have a beer  p.s temperature is very important stick to your instruction and allow extra time for fermenting (longer than stated)
