Hi guys, finally decided to follow in my fathers footsteps and do some home brew, he brewed in the 80's and I helped as a young lad.
Its changed a fair bit, I must say with the all in one grain boilers.
I've gone for the Brezilla 4, as it looks very similar to the much more expensive Grainmaster G40, Grainmaster Conical pro fermentor.

Can anyone help me with the recipe and how to make my favourite ever beer Abbeydale Moonshine, all my local pubs have stopped selling it so I'm really hoping I can make my own.

Cheers!

Welcome to the forum.
Why not send a email to the brewery concerned sometimes you get lucky and they may give you a idea of the recipe

If you search the internet there is a brewer who emailed them and got a guide to the recipe to give enough to get a style/similar beer.
Just put Abbeydale moonshine in the search and read all the replies
