Hi long time away from brewing, looking forward to it again.

been given 20 demijohns and visited our local brew shop.
been picking elderberries today and have a source for good cooking apples(some almost like desert..sweet)
Also bought a real ale brew kit.
spent plenty getting everything we might need for the wine/cider/real ale.
