Hi, I'm brand new to homebrewing and thought I'd join to learn from all of the experience in these forums.

I'm in Newcastle, so imagine all of this in a Geordie accent (like).

Looking forward to getting my GEB beginners kit and starting this new hobby.

Cheers,
Ed
Welcome. I was brand new to this about 5 years ago. My advice - I agree that there are no daft questions, the key to good beer is cleanliness and temperature control, bottling is a pain in the neck, you now have a Xmas list for the next 5-10 years, you tube can be v instructive and sooner or later you will have a boilover. Good luck, it’s great fun.
