How much fruit?

Need some space in the freezer so will be oiking out a load of greengages from last year. Now I'm doing this wine making thingy I thought I'd put them to good use.

If I'm going to make 5 litres how much fruit and grape juice should I use?
3 kg and 1 litre? plus 1 kg of sugar?

2kg fruit, perhaps 1.25kg sugar, and you don't need any grape juice but it is a great substitute for water.
