larger ment to be dark munich style largers ????
900g dark dried malt extract
30g crushed crystal malt
30g fuggles or 15g hallertauer hopps
larger yeast i use s-23

boil 3.3 litres + extract+crystal malt + hops for 30 mins
strain and cool put in to demijon then yeast
ferment for 5 days then top up with water to 4.5 litres
leave for 5 days then bottle and prime with sugar 3 g
