    ... thankfully!

The reason why was that many, many years ago my Doctor told me that he didn't allow his wife to use it because ...

"That non-stick wears off eventually and no-one knows where it goes or what effect it will have on your body."

I thought about it, did a bit of research, discovered that using a detergent was why the old cast-iron pans suddenly started "sticking" and banned both dish-washing detergents and non-stick pans from my kitchen.

Here we are, over 30 years later, and finally my actions have been justified ...

Can I hear the clatter of non-stick pans being dumped by Forum Members?

    Enjoy!

Long and thin goes straight in
    And pleases all the ladies,
But short and thick does the trick
And gives 'em all the babies.

If you want to non stick a pan heat it up until its hot and add a layer of salt. Let that heat up and rub it in with newspaper. Wash with water and you should be able to make pancakes again.

Couldn't view the attachment unless I agreed to letting them access my entire life to sell me knick-knacks I neither want nor need. F**k 'em.

Beat me to it with ...

    ... so I will go with ...

"That's the problem. Men are starting to think that a baby's arm is big; whereas back in my youth the baby's arm had to be grasping an orange!"
