Hello everyone

I am a newbie to home brewing. Started brewing at the start of October with the Coopers kit using the English Bitter which i will try again.

My second brew I tried the Coopers Australian Lager but unfortunatly this came out very flat with a horrible vinger like taste so to be safe I threw this one away and will look into the Lagers a little more before brewing my next one.

My third brew was a Brupaks Yorkshire bitter which was ready in time for christmas and has quite a nice taste to it and will be tempted to try this one again.

I am currently brewing Brewmaker Best of British India Pale Ale Beer Kit 3kg and am looking forward to this one being ready in the next 3 weeks.

Welcome...I've always been very disappointed with kit lagers.....

Make the 2 can ales and you won't go far wrong.

Hello and welcome,

I once knew an Australian and politely asked him "Do you drink Fosters in Australia", He kindly replied "F**k no, it's disgusting, thats why export it" Haha. You haven't missed out on anything by it going wrong.
