Hi,

I've just brewed and kegged a London Pride clone.

I am now force carbonating the beer, but unfortunately I don't have a fridge to control the temperature and the temperature is fluctuating between 15C and 20C. Not sure the classic carb charts will work for me?!

To serve it, I plan to put it in a bucket of cold water to cool it to cellar serving temperatures.

Can anyone help with the right approach to carbonating the beer?!

Thanks,
JRT

I would try burst carbonating by shaking the keg. With those fluctuating temps i would not leave it connected to the co2 tank.

I'm interested in your recipe, can you share it?
