kit beer and Ginger

Making up a kit today A Woodforde's Admirals Reserve and I'm going to have a bash at the Fiery Ginger Beer

Will also be pressing the apples for a gallon of cider so busy day :shock:

the Kit was easy as it is an all in one kit just add water so just waiting for it to get going
It is intended for a bike rally the first weekend of June so cutting it a bit fine but should just be ready

the Ginger ale was a bit more of a challenge but seems okay and the house smells lovely now followed the recipe ok just took ages for it to cool enough to put I mean pitch the yeast

that means I now have

6 gallons of Whittingham cider
5 gallons of Dark Real Ale
5 Gallons of Admirals Reserve
and
5 Gallon of Fiery Ginger Beer

but only lager to drink
