Kit Yeast

Just found a couple of Brewferm Tripple kits at the back of my cupboard, but they have a bbe of June. Will the included yeast still be ok or should I get some fresh yeast?

If I get something fresh, what would be the recommendation?

I'd recommend buying a fresh yeast, maybe mangrove jack M41 would work or T-58.

Thanks for the recommendation Steve. Hopefully you meant m31 yeast, which Malt Miller has and I've ordered.

You could make a starter 3 days before your brew day, that would get the yeast going again. I've a Mexican Cverza with a June sell by date, that's what I'm going to do with it.
