Early May I brewed a kolsch...
4kg best maltz pilsner
1kg weyerman Munich
35g halletau hersbrucker @ 60
30g @ 10
CML kolsch
I'm trying a few samples and I like it..it's not a style I usually drink or buy...it is nicely carbed, clear and has a nice subtle malt and floral taste ..
Am I in the right place with it....what should it be like?
