I'm looking to make a lager and lime brew for my old man in the summer. We are having a party and he likes Kronenbourg with a splash of lime, and I want to surprise him with a clone of his favourite tipple.

Has anyone any previous experience of tweaking kits to get such a brew? I have read on line someone used a litre of lime cordial in a 20 litre brew. Does this sound the right ratio? I'm sure it also depends on taste, I don't want it to be too overpowering.

Cheers!

The wilko Mexican cerveza is a great kit for adding a dash of lime to in the summer. I would stick to adding to the glass though rather than the full batch if I were you. Or pour into a large glass jug (pitcher) and add lime to taste.
