Lime Wine Recipe?

I am looking for a tried and tested Lime wine recipe,does anyone have one there willing to share?

I think you might find the are just the teensiest bit too acidic.

Dangit i thought anything was wineable but hey while looking i found something else to play at till i decide what to brew next
