Hi all,
I have access to an almost unlimited supply of limes.
Any good brewing recipes with limes?

People make Hard Lemonade with Lemons. You could easily make hard Limeade (or a combination of the two.) It's basically just alcoholic lime juice with water, some people add DME, you can add sweetener too. awesome summer drink.

Into a 250ml highball glass pour the following:

1 shot vodka
Squeeze of lime juice
1 slice of lime (optional)
225ml red grape juice
Ice cubes

Simple but delicious!

You could also make lime pickle.

surely you HAVE to make lime pickle ?

No idea what else to brew with them, but sure other ideas will follow :thumb:

After getting too far into a lime pickle eating competition a few years ago, that idea does not fill me with joy...

I did a kind of limoncello with the juice of 12 lemons and 1kg of sugar in a gallon. These were quite big lemons so, if it's not limey enough, keep adding more limes until it tastes strong enough.
