:D hi guys, I had made 2 batches of this stuff, fermented it in a plastic demijohn for a week and have now transferred into 2 glass demijohns which have been sitting for about 2 weeks and have cleared well, my question is, If they have been sitting in the glass dj for 2 weeks will the yeasties have all died down meaning I'll need to go for a 'still' wine type drink or could I still prime in bottles and manage to carbonate? I'd much prefer a fizzy version to be honest but wasnt sure if the yeast will be active enough to cause a secondary fermentation for carbonation.
