Was going to order some lager malt and saaz hops this week to do a (Larger). Is a single infusion mash ok or is it better to do an additional protein rest or anything else for that matter. Really don't want to start decoction.
Is there a chance of a protein haze if a single infusion mash is used.

Mr BR if you read the thread you'll notice lager was already spelt correctly a few times and the wrong spelling was in brackets meaning a pun Doh....
