Multivitamin tablets in your brew

I was recently told that crushing a multivitamin tablet and adding it to my wine would help the health of the yeast.

I only make small 5L batches but is this true? I already add a little DAP

Works great in ciders, I first came across this I was making a sugar wash and someone added multivitamins. I only had vitamin b complex so used three crushed in 25l normally take 10/14 days to ferment with vitamin b complex 5 days. Now I crush and use in alot of things. Give it a try
