Young's champagne
Mauribrew ale
Mauribrew lager
plus 1/2 tsp of wine tannin.
The 6 to the right have other variations, the 1st three have different amounts of tannin, and the last 3 have:
WYeast Malolactic Cultures
WYeast Belgian Lambic Blend
Young's cider yeast with lots of pectinase to see if I can reduce the cloudiness
The two on the lower right was an experiment in fermenting a mixture of LIDL juice and dessert apple pulp (made using a blender). The idea is to extract as much tannin from the apple flesh and skin as possible to render the wine tannin redundant. It doesn't look too appetising though ...
