I don't think i have 5kg of Golden promise so the remainder will be made up with maris otter

I tweaked the recipe a little bit

25l @ 1046 :grin: Ihad to stop half way through cooling and go into town for a couple of hours. There was loads of flies around today so i took out the IC and sanitised the lid of the kettle and put it on til i returned and then continued as normal.
