Hi, I live in London and have been brewing off and on for about 30 years. I brew using the all grain method, usually bitters, as I believe it tastes better and of course is cheaper than buying beers. My reason for joining this forum is to share experiences with like minded people and also ask fellow brewers any questions that often crop up. Thats it, see you out there!
