    Hello all,
New to this forum has of yesterday so hear's a little about myself.
I'm from Hull east yorkshire/humberside 55 and work in the renewable energy sector for my sins and have been brewing wines for the last year and currently have a sizable cellar(garage) of various wines some from kits but mostly from fruits that include elderberry/elderflower/blackberry/gooseberry/raspberry/pear/black cherry and rose etc which came about from having such a lot of surplus fruits/veg from our allotment. I started out with the allotment 3yrs ago to give me and the family something other than sat in front of the tv of a weekend and now we are hooked with the peace and tranquility we get from whilst tending the ground. I started to make pickles/chutneys and jams with the surplus but soon found we still had a lot left over so the turn to brewing was a natural course, and now looking forward to the new crops this year to see what can be made.

Wouldn't mind getting into the maintenance side of working turbines as we have quite a few in our surrounding area....

    Hi there,
It would be worth investigating has the company I work for has a contract to build turbines for the Irish sea after we have completed the project of the east coast, not sure about being able to name drop on this forum so the company is of german origin and global.

It's the future so keep watching and hopefully you will maybe get a chance at any jobs that come in your area, nice avatar pic by the way.....Can't quite make it out but looks like an old GS or a zephyr to me.

Oh for sure it is definitely the future and will be sure to keep an eye out.
The avatar is my 1982 GS650 shaft which I now have 17 years this month and still runs like a watch.
Unfortunately don't get much time on it because of our crap weather and rotational shifts but keep threatening to buy something else because the missus has health issues but just can't bring myself to do it.

Will get a run out on Saturday to the North West 200....

By Fizzy I take it you mean a FS1E 50cc.My very first bike and it was the custom.
Stepped up to an MBX 80,CG 125
RD 200,numerous GS 250's,VT 250,GS 450 which I had got knocked off and sold for a Nova before I got married then the missus gave me a few quid for a birthday present and put it towards my GS650.
