Hi Everyone
I've just joined up and hoping to swap some helpful information on all grain brews.
I'm based in Edinburgh, and homebrew about once a month.
It've tried the Craft Kitchen at Stewarts Brewery creating a good Red Rye ale with a friend which was fun and good to drink.
I can make a decent straight forward IPA but want to learn a few tricks.
I'm keen to get the best of the British Hops in straight forward recipes as it seems more and more difficult to get decent quantities of USA hops.
Anyway,
Cheers
Enjoy your brews.
