New to wine, but not brewing.

Hi all, I'm a total novice wine maker, but I've been brewing beer since the mid 80s, kits, all grain. The lot. I have emigrated to Portugal, and fancy a dabble at real wine making, as we have friends with a vineyard. I want to use my beer equipment, so hopefully won't have to buy much else. Any advice appreciated.
