hi,sheila here from Ireland,hope to get advice and recipes that i can manage,i tend to do simple wine,just fruit or plants,yeast,sugar,oranges and lemons,i havnt used any additives but have put sultana`s and sometimes black tea,i`m not worried about it being crystal clear so long as it is drinkable,i like to use hedgerow plants like nettles etc as dh suffers from gout and arthitis (not drink related)and its a nice way to use medicinal plants,and relax and enjoy and remember the day or i picked the plants and what happened in that time,well thats my excuse
